料金からするとコストパフォーマンスがとてもよく
味も器も盛り付けも満足できるお店だと思います。
ランチは3850円
ディナーのコースは3種類あり
4400円、6600円、11000円。
4400円のコースを食べに行きました。
オードブル4品
・京鴨の炭焼き、新玉ねぎのピューレ、バルサミコ酢
・アメーラトマト、水切りヨーグルト
・アボカドとサーモンの生春巻き
・紅はるかとフォアグラのタルト、金柑のジャム
どの料理も美味しく、
素材を活かした繊細な味付けです。
フランスパン
こちらはおかわり自由ということで
頼んだらおかわりがもらえました。
スープ
春キャベツのスープ
熱々で最後の一匙まで野菜の旨みに溢れて美味しくいつまでも飲みたくなるお味です。
魚料理
鰆の炭焼き
皮はカラッと焼かれて、身は柔らかくふんわり
ドライトマトはあってもなくてもどちらもいい味付け。
肉料理
牛フィレ肉とラズベリーのソース
お肉ナイフですっと切れる柔らかさでしたが、ラズベリーのソースはちょっと私には合わなかったかな
デザートと飲み物
飲み物は事前にコーヒーか紅茶か聞かれていました。
デザートは、イチゴとアーモンドとアイスが絡みつき
料理は、どの料理も美味しく他のコース
また食べてみたいと思いました。
カウンターの席からだと、
シェフが奥の厨房で作っている様子が少し見えました。
シェフはノーマスクで調理をして店員に指示を飛ばし、
帰りはノーマスクでお見送りをしてくれたので、
これは人によっては評価が分かれそうなところですね。
