今日のランチは、「髙木珈琲フォレストモール京田辺店」。
京田辺市同志社山手の住宅街にあるフォレストモールの一角にある喫茶店。
広い敷地の駐車場に点々と店舗が建っています。
店内へ続く道に大形のロースターが鎮座しています。
柱のない広い空間にテーブルが並びます。人気なのかお客さんが一杯です。
メニューではやっぱりコーヒーがメインのです。
フードではパンケーキが一押しのようです。何枚も重なっていていろんな味がありますが、食事としてはぴんときません。
パスタやサンドイッチがあります。ハンバーガーもあります。
ファミリー層が多いのかキッズプレートの設定もあります。
神田カレーグランプリ優勝というのに惹かれて、「十六穀米マジカレー」９６８円を注文します。
パンケーキが一押しなだけあってメープルシロップがデフォルトでセットされています。
カラフルなカレーが登場します。辺りがスパイスの香りに包まれます。
サラダにパプリカやニンジンなどが入って彩りが豊富です。
十六穀米はプチプチした食感でおもしろいです。
赤っぽいカレーは具がすべて溶け込んでいます。コクがあり口に入れるとスパイスが広がり、辛さは普通ですが食べ進むと跡からじわっと辛さが押しかけてきます。
せっかくですので食後に「オリジナルブレンド」４５１円を注文します。フードとセットですから１１０円引きになります。豆菓子が付いてきます。
