カフェ利用で来店しました。家族連れが次々にバースデーケーキを受け取りに来ていて微笑ましかったです。イートインする人よりテイクアウトの人が多かったです。
席の確保をしてからケーキセットのケーキをショーケースから選びました。アルザス風塩バターケーキとホットコーヒーをお願いしました。
アルザス風塩バターケーキはバタークリーム好きにはたまらない美味しさでした。バタークリームが全くくどくなく、絶妙な塩加減でとても美味しくいただきました。濃い目のコーヒーとの相性も抜群です。
またうかがいます。塩バターのロールケーキも食べてみたいです。
