ご飯の美味しい、あのおにぎりが忘れられない。
１度目の訪問時、煮麺定食を食べました。
美味しい煮麺、ヒレカツに卵焼き。
そこそこオカズも付いていて、お安い。
そして何より、おにぎりが美味しい。
煮麺が普通にボリュームがあり、おにぎり中ぐらい2個も付いている。ちょっと多いかな？と思い食べていたのに、気づいたら食べ終わっていた。
ふわりと握られたおにぎりに、塩気のきつめのサケフレーク。絶妙に好みなバランスに、思った。
相方さんの食べていた、おにぎり定食。ほぼおにぎりとお味噌汁だけど、私はきっとあれで満足できる。
次回からあれを食べよう。
、、そして2回目訪問の今回。
もちろんおにぎり定食一択で。
大きめのおにぎり3個。
サケフレークと昆布の佃煮、鰹節醤油。
添えられた大根と白菜の漬物、卵焼きと梅干し、
そして胡麻和え。
お味噌汁に至るまで、全部ご飯のお供です。
箸でそっと割り、少し具を乗せて持ち上げるおにぎり。
口に入れるとホロッと崩れるご飯の食感とお米の甘さがなんと言うか、大好きです。
店主様、ありがとう。美味しいです。
思わず言いたくなりますが、奥に居てはりますね。
はい、黙って食べます。
胡麻和えの味付け、凄く好みです。
ちょっとあっさり目の味噌汁も良いです。
途中、相方さんが唐揚げいる？と聞いてくれましたが、
このおにぎり定食は、これで充分完成されているので大丈夫なのです。
大きなおにぎり達でしたが夢中で食べ、気付いたらごちそうさま、でした。
食べ過ぎましたがお腹いっぱい、ご飯を食べて、純粋に幸せになれるお店でした。
店主様、末永くお店やって下さい。
