京都は木津川市にある山菜料理店、あ志び乃さんです。
浄瑠璃寺参道のほそ～い道の途中にあります。
近頃自転車での御朱印RIDEが趣味になっておりまして～ご参拝のあとのランチなのです。
とろろそばを注文です。
とろろ、山菜煮入りそば、葉わさび佃煮、里芋煮のセットです。
とろろの量がめっちゃ多い！！しかも粘りがよいです。
山菜煮ですが、味が濃くなくてそばの味も殺さないいい感じです。
このお店で煮ているのかもしれません。
そして、そばがおいしい！！ とろろにも山菜煮も負けず自己主張があります。
イヤ味全体のバランスが良いです。
