トロッコ列車に乗って初めて亀岡にやってきました
近くで亀岡らしい食材を頂けるお店として選んでみました
お店まで自然を感じながら歩きました
お店に入るとカウンター席に案内されました
早速目的の「亀岡牛リブステーキランチ」(2475円)を注文しました
待つ間カウンター席の前に並べられた色紙や写真を見て楽しんでいると料理が運ばれてきました
リブロースの断面は綺麗に中がレアの三層になっていました
前回の失敗から今回はご飯の上に肉を退避させました
口の中に入れると柔らかい肉質が直ぐに感じられました
その後はペレットで適度に温め直してから頂きました
ソースの味も良くて美味しいが続きました
特にご飯と一緒に頂くと一番美味しく感じました
ご馳走様でした
