長投宿のホテル一階に有り、
万願寺甘とうの幟に惹かれて、
最終日に予約入店。
早速、甘とうと、
少し値が張るも美味そうなので、岩牡蠣を頼む。
甘とうとは何者？
と期待して待つと、
現れたのは小人参程もある大振りの獅子唐芥子様の焼き物。
たっぷり掛かる鰹節に醤油を垂らしてかぶりつく。
瑞々しくジューシーで美味い。
程なく季節物の岩牡蠣も出てくる。
大振りなのがドンと一殻氷皿に乗り、目にも涼しい。
香りは三陸とも広島とも異なる。
奥丹後辺りの海の香りか、大変美味い。
これはいかん、
慌ててジョッキを飲み干し、
舞鶴の池雲のキンと冷えたのに切り替える。
外套膜の所が日本酒と合うね！
完全にエンジンが掛かる。
鯖街道の強〆鯖、から鱏ひれ、刺し盛り、ザンギ、
と弱暴走モード。
締めの笊蕎麦までで、締めて6千円也。
満足です。
