福知山駅すぐ側のこちら【粉もの屋】さん
福知山のB級グルメだというゴム焼きそばを頂いた。
弾力というか硬いというか
そういう感じの麺の焼きそばなのだが
まあこういう感じだとソースとの絡みも
あまり良いとは言えないかな。
ただトマトソースがちょっとかかっており
これが意外と良いアクセントになっていた。
麺の硬い焼きそばと言ってしまえば
それまでだがなぜこれが
福知山のB級グルメとなったのかは
何となく気になるところだ。
