店頭でお勧めされていた、ちくわのロールパンを購入しました。
ちくわの穴の中には、みじん切りのきゅうりが混ざったツナが入っています。
ツナはマヨネーズで和えられていないと思われ、魚の身の食感が残っています。
そこにみじん切りのきゅうりの食感がプラスされています。
更に、ツナの周りのちくわの弾力がある食感と、パン生地のふんわりした食感が合わさります。
一口で色んな食感が楽しめます。
これは、例えばウインナーロールではできないですね。
ウインナーロールは、柔らかいパン生地と歯ごたえがあるウインナーの2つの食感しかありませんが、このちくわロールは4つの食感を一度に楽しめます。
そして、パンの上に塗られたマヨネーズの味が、口の中でツナ、きゅうり、ちくわと合わさります。
ツナをマヨネーズで和えずに、パンの上のマヨネーズと口中で調味する。
