京都福知山にある絶品鴨鍋が楽しめるお店です。お店は歴史的建築物に登録されているらしく、雰囲気は素晴らしいです。
京風お出汁の中に鴨とネギを入れてお出汁と共に楽しみます。鴨は程よい弾力で、淡白ですが旨みが強くとても美味しいです。薬味の山椒や、七味などで味変しながら食べると飽きずに食べることができます。
出汁に次第に鴨のだしが加わって濃くなっていくのでどんどんおいしくなっていきます。締めの鴨そばも美味しいそうですが、鴨を追加で注文したので今回はやめておきました。
ちなみにランチ営業もしてるみたいで、唐揚げ定食など1000円台からランチメニューもあるので、かなり手頃にランチを食べれます。唐揚げも名物らしく、一つだけ注文しましたがとても美味しかったです。また訪れたいお店です。
