天橋立泊。
文殊堂の門前、廻旋橋のたもとにある、老舗宿「対橋楼」さんに宿泊しました。
古い建物ですが、中はシックにオサレにリニューアルされていて居心地の良い空間です。
お風呂は温泉ですが、そんなに広くはない。
代わりに駅前の智慧の湯の無料券がもらえます。
さて夕食。
帆立の梨みぞれが、まずおしゃれ。
お刺身もさわらと鯛が弾力がありピチピチ。
チョコレート豚と秋野菜の吉野鍋、関西風の優しい味付けと葛の餡かけの丁度良いトロミが美味しい。
鱸のガダイフ揚げもちょつと凝っており、丹後こしひかりも美味しいご飯です。
高い食材等はないけれど、一手間二手間入れた丁寧なお料理で大満足です。
朝飯も良い。
干物は鯵、関東人なんで日本海らしくないと感じてしまうけど、もちろん地物、脂乗りもよい。
あげかまが味が濃くて焼くとさらに深みが増します。
関西風のお出汁の効いた玉子焼きは大好き。
そして、へしこ、このひと切れが丁度いい、うん、ご飯が美味しいです。
朝、廻旋橋が開くのも見れました。
古風にてシック、従業員の方々の接客も良いし、観光の拠点としての立地も抜群、地物を中心に一手間二手間かけた美味しい料理、階段が狭くて急な事以外は文句のつけようのない、素晴らしいお宿でした。
