伊根寒ブリしゃぶ会席 ¥7020
ぶりしゃぶを食べさせてくれる料理旅館ということで、憧れていました。
日帰りのドライブ旅行で、
ブリしゃぶ＋奥伊根温泉を楽しんできました♪
大広間に通されると、何組かお客さんが。皆、一様にカニカニカニ！すごい蟹のにおい〜〜
ブリしゃぶは、私たちしかいないみたい。
ぶり尽くしのお料理の数々。ぶり好きにはたまらないでしょう。煮付けは甘めでした。
念願のぶりしゃぶは、新鮮なぶりの甘さとコク、お野菜と一緒に頂きます。ポン酢がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったので、販売可能か伺うと自家製なので売っておりません、とのこと。残念〜
あぶらがのったぶりしゃぶを頂くには、このポン酢がベストですね♪
ごちそうさまでした！
この後温泉を頂いて、たまたまひとりだったので寛げました〜
旅館を後にし、日本のベネチア、舟屋めぐりをし、非日常な一日になりました♪
