我が家ではもはや定番的なメニューの鰤しゃぶ。
その発祥の宿とされているのが、
「日本全国諸説あるようですが、この伊根町の油屋さん」
だそうで（伊根町観光協会HP）。
だったら一度、行ってみないと！
満を持して、一番美味しい寒鰤の季節に伺いました。
【鰤しゃぶ懐石】お品書き
先附 せこ蟹
前菜 旬菜盛 ほたるいか・蒸鮑・なまこ酢・鴨ロース・菜の花からし和え
凌ぎ 地魚握り寿司 伊根鰤握り寿司
造り 伊根産地魚盛り合わせ 鰤・鰯・鮃・鰆（とありましたが鮪でした）

…なんだろう、いつも家で食べている方が美味しい＞＜。
こんなことってあるー？ 伊根の鰤なのに。
でも握り寿司の時点で「ん？」となって、その後「おお！」とはついぞ思わず。
素材自体に感動がなかったです。
美味しいと思ったのはお造りなら鰯と、蟹の天婦羅。
蟹のプランにしたらまた違う感想になっていた？のでしょうか。
量は昔ながらの旅館のそれでかなりのボリューム、頑張って食べていましたが、
終盤に来てのぶり大根のうすら甘さは喉を通らず、ついにギブアップ。これは
釜飯も全く同様で、味付けも恐らくこちらのは私には合わないのではないかと。
旅館トータルとしての印象もですが、なにより料理自慢の宿との期待が大きく、
残念…と感じてしまったのが今回の、正直なところです。
