三連休最終日の祝日に油屋さん本館にお邪魔しました。
伊根は幾度なく来ており、久しぶりの旅行だけに、いつもは別亭の和亭をよく利用してましたが、
今回は初めて、本館へ。
昼間あまりにも酷いランチだっため、夜の料理には
期待してしまいました。
条件下
・コロナ禍感染拡大中
・急激な円安、物価高
・三連休最終日
・猛烈な暑さ
といった時期ではある。
さて、
食事ですが、
写真は一枚しかありません。撮ってません。
残念な点だけ、
ブリしゃぶ、そもそもこんな時期に、ブリしゃぶが美味いわけない。スジばっており、脂もなく、甘みもない、パサパサ。残しました。
唯一の写真、鮑ご飯とありましたが、トコブシでした。
残念で仕方ありません。
伊根旅行は本当よく楽しみで行かせてもらいましたが、
しばらく、世の中の情勢が変わるまでは、
行けないと思いました。
