この店、僕たちとしては初めての利用でしたが
僕たちとしては、少しどうなのかなと感じました。
僕たちが思ったのは、同じものを二人分を注文するのは
量的に二人としては、多いと感じがしたので
セット物は、地鶏膳を一つで2,500円だけにしましたが、これ随分高いですね・・・
それと僕が、そばの並みで850円でしたが
二人でこれくらいの量で十分な量だと感じました。
逆に、二人ともこれを食べていたら、僕たちにとしては、限界を越してしまいます。
何か値段に合わせて品数をそろえているような感じがしました。
僕たちが頂いたものの中で、おいしいなと感じ物は、地鶏焼きでした。
この地鶏は、香ばしくて焼き加減もいいし、丁度いい塩梅でした。
何よりも脂がのっていて、これはおいしかった。
ただ一方で、メインであるお蕎麦、これ、ちょっと良くないなと感じました。
このそば、出石のそば通としては、少し許せませんでした。
風味と食感、これはどうなのかなと思いました。
少なくとも、僕にとっては、おいしいとおもえる味わいではなかったです。
そばは、香りと食感と、のど越しが大切です。
それとそばつゆですが、味を濃くして鰹だしを利かせて、若干、甘めがいいと思いました。
また、そばの産地を変えることをお勧めしたいのと
そばの湯で加減について、考えられた方がいいのになと感じました。
ですので、ご馳走様でしたとは、少し言えません。
次回、機会がありますようにと、思いたい。
店の雰囲気だけを楽しみたいのであれば
それはそれでいいのだろうけど、僕はそれだけではいけないと思う。
折角の古民家風の店の良さが生かされていないことが、とっても残念でした。
是非に、店の持つ価値観の高さを、今一度、感じていただきたい。
