津市にあるいせもん本店にお昼に来店しました。
予約して訪問したので、待ち時間はありません。
【雰囲気】
割烹料理屋さんの格式ある雰囲気で、中は半個室でカーテンで仕切られてました。周りを気にせず、ゆっくりとくつろげます。
【料理】
ランチは夜のメニューと異なり、単品が少なくセットメニューが多いです。
松坂牛のレアステーキと鮪の半々重1800円を注文しました。このメニューにはお茶漬け用に出汁がついです。
松坂牛は完全な美しいピンク色のレア状態です。
一口いただくと、まるで肉の繊維が結合の仕方を忘れてしまったように口の中でとろけて消えていきます。赤身の旨みがありつつ脂が甘くくどさが全くないですね。
マグロも上質なマグロで美味しかったです。
半分残して、出汁をかけて頂きます。出汁は火で温められてますので、最後に食べても熱く、これは嬉しいサービスです。
肉と出汁は合うのかなと心配しでしたが、肉の旨味が出汁に溶け出して、しあわせな味わいでした。
この値段でこのクオリティは素晴らしいお店だて思います。
