夜に飲みで利用したことはありますが、ランチでは初めて伺いました。
結構車が停まっていたので心配しながら入店したものの、店内はソーシャルディスタンスに充分配慮された配席で安心感がありました。
各席に置かれたタブレットから注文する方式です。
最近つくづく思うのが、居酒屋ランチってあなどれない、ってこと。
こちらのランチもその印象を裏切らない内容でした。
まずはサラダがシャキシャキの大根サラダ。スライサーで大量生産したようなグリーンサラダではなかったことで、居酒屋気分が味わえていきなり好印象でした。
お味噌汁もレトルトや乾物のやっつけではなく、きちんとお出汁の効いた根菜入り。
お造りは少量ながら、とびこを散らしたきれいな盛り付け。冷たい茶碗蒸しも季節感があって嬉しい1品でした。
メインは私がユーリーチ、相方が鶏天をチョイス。
どちらも切り口がとてもきれいなピンク色で、新鮮な鶏肉が使われている印象です。柔らかいし、ボリュームもあって、これで1000円なら全然アリ!
「これはアタリだったねー」と2人で何度も言いながら帰りました。
きちんと丁寧に作られた品々をバランス良く食べたい人にはおすすめのランチだと思います。
