After the first day's training in Tsu, as we were walking towards the exit of the venue, we suddenly decided to hold a small drinking party because it had been a long time since we last met, so why don't we go out for a bite to eat? When I called the restaurant to confirm availability, they said, "You can do it now," so I rushed into the restaurant and took a seat. First, we toasted with draft beer and started the party with some edamame. After that, I order as many things as I can think of, eat and drink as much as I can. 〇 Iga beef tataki... Matsusaka beef is already popular around here, so it might be rare to be able to get Iga beef tataki. The lean meat is soft and light, typical of Iga beef, so it's the perfect tataki. 〇Iga Beef Cutlet (with mustard soy sauce)...The nicely cooked Beef Cutlet is soft and delicious. I hadn't thought of adding mustard soy sauce to anything other than shumai or Steamed meat buns, but it's not as spicy as the sauce, so it's refreshing. This one fits perfectly. 〇Fried cheese stick spring rolls...This is nothing more than a beer accompaniment. The moderate oiliness and crispy texture make it almost taste like sweets. I ate it all at once. 〇Grated free-range chicken skin with ponzu sauce...This also goes well with beer. The ponzu sauce gives the beer a boost. 〇Assorted sashimi...There isn't anything special about this, but standard seafood is beautifully arranged. However, I think it's more delicious than average. After eating and drinking all sorts of things, I started to feel good and tipsy. The store was getting crowded, so even though I was forced into the store, I quickly left. Thank you for the meal. By the way, the bill for 3 people was 11,350 yen (tax included). (≒3783 yen per person)
