Visited at 13:00 on 2024.1.14. “Yorokoba Cafeterias” is a pasta restaurant located in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. Tabelog rating as of today is ★3.45. I took advantage of my 5 days off to soak up the hot springs at Kenko Land, and went on a semi-camp with my juniors yesterday. Today, after taking a day trip to a nearby hot spring, I went to this restaurant for lunch after being introduced to it by a junior who lives locally, and made a Tabelog online. Because it's a popular restaurant, it gets crowded on holidays and there are no time limits, so some people stay for a long time, so I think it's best to make a reservation before visiting if possible. The main features of ``Yorokoba Cafeterias'' are fresh pasta made with the nutritious and healthy whey (similar to tofu okara) produced during milk production, and pizza made with the same whey. These pasta and pizza dishes do not contain eggs, so even those with egg allergies can enjoy them. When you order pasta, you can choose an all-you-can-eat pizza set, which is a very attractive menu. The previous owner of the drink bar used to run a local Coffee shops, and we are very particular about everything from bean selection to roasting. Today, both of us ordered the shrimp and squid mentaiko cream earthenware pot pasta ¥1,978 and the complete lunch set ¥768, as the December limited menu had been extended. The salad arrived first, and the soup and drinks were self-service. The pizza can be made into half and half, so every time I finish eating, I choose the following half and half pizza. 1st Mentaiko, avocado & bacon potato mayo 2nd Genovese with anchovies, oregano & fresh tomato 3rd Sausage and bacon mayo & sausage and potato mayo 4th Japanese style whitebait and tomato & Japanese style whitebait and perilla 5th Honey & Chocolata 6th piece White Margherita & Perilla and Mentaiko The pizza dough made with whey was chewy and surprisingly filling, and we ended up with 6 pieces for the two of us. It was a very filling and satisfying lunch for both of us. It was delicious♪ Thank you for the meal.
