ホルモン炎上 : Toriyaki Matsusakagyuuhorumon Tsukiya

I visited you at a company banquet. I don't know the details because it was a membership fee system, but... it was a course that included all-you-can-drink. It was a horigotatsu seat on the second floor, but it was a little small. First, order some drinks and start! I asked for draft beer... (^^)／C□☆□D＼(^^) Good luck! The dishes include edamame, kimchi, salad, Matsuzaka beef pot offal, grilled chicken (gizzard, bevel cartilage, young chicken, harami?), grilled vegetables, chicken tempura rolls, and Ice cream. The salad is Korean style with seaweed like last time. The kimchi is delicious but tastes a bit strong. The lady at the store will give you a lecture on how to grill the hormones. Place the long piece on a wire rack, turning it around, and once it's grilled, turn it over and grill it again. Once it's cooked through, cut it with scissors. I was told that I thought it would burst into flames, so if it started, please put ice on it to calm it down...Is there a proper way to use flames? (^^; But this is delicious ♪ Toriyaki and beer are also good ~ The drink was changed to Kurogiri halfway through. As the alcohol progresses, the excitement increases, and we also hear classic folk tales and stories about diseases. (^^; It was a really fun party!

三重県のコロナは落ち着いているんで
人数をしぼって体調を万全にして・・・
久しぶりに飲み会です♪
お店で飲むのは2年ぷりくらいです。
90分飲み放題付5,000円コースに
飲み放題30分追加+500円で
予約してのおじゃまです(^^
コースの内容は・・・
枝豆、韓国直送キムチ、サラダ、
特製だし巻、とり焼き3種盛り、
松阪牛ホルモン、鶏もも唐揚げ、
もつ鍋、鍋〆(雑炊セット)、
バニラアイスとなっていました。
まずは飲みもんがそろったところで
^^)／□☆□＼(^^
う～ん、ビールがうまい♪
枝豆は特にってのはなし。
キムチは美味しいけどご飯が欲しい(^^;
サラダは韓国海苔が付いた韓国風かな？
ちょっと味が濃かったけど飲んでるからOK
とり焼きはビールに合うねぇ～
ホルモン、美味しい♪
これもビールに合うねぇ～
唐揚げは大きめでサクッとしてジューシー♪
これまたビールに合うねぇ～
もつ鍋は出汁がいい感じで美味しかったけど
もう少しモツが多めがいいかなぁ～
多すぎるとくどく感じちゃうかもやけど(^^;
飲んだ後のアイスもいいですね！
お味的にはまぁ満足かなぁ～
でも量的にはもの足らんかなぁ・・・
あと、チューハイとか水割り系のお酒は
お酒が薄かったようです。
私はビールだけだったんで分かりませんが。
日本酒の冷やは氷の入ったジョッキで出てきます(^^;
ちょっとイマイチなところもあったけど・・・
久～しぶりに気の合う仲間との飲み会は
とても楽しく過ごせました♪
