After finishing my errands, I had lunch at ``Kotobuki Kin'', which I had been interested in since Ikkyu and had made reservations for.It's a new restaurant, but it's a private room with a nice atmosphere that has a bit of nostalgia. This time, I chose the Matsusaka meat kaiseki sukiyaki. We didn't have any white wine...we ordered rosé wine, which was unusual. Our first dish started with a bowl of soup that was served rare with dashi soup. The three types of appetizers are sashimi, yukhoe, and senmai, which are all fresh...they melt in your mouth ❤️ Beef radish...a heartwarming taste (╹◡╹) Today's main...Sukiyaki✨Beautiful meat✨Smooth Warishita allows you to enjoy the taste of the meat. It's so delicious ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ It might be my favorite food ❤️ The rice was cooked in a clay pot...it was al dente and I took a bite...I chewed it thoroughly and enjoyed the sweetness. It was fun and delicious...I ended up drinking too much after lunch σ(^_^;) Next time, I would like to have a leisurely dinner. Thank you for the meal (*'▽'*)
