あちこちに〝牛銀〟の看板がありますもんね〜
今は仮の店舗で営業されているようですなぁ〜
『松阪牛ハンバーグ 2640円』を注文
折角三重県に来たのだからと思って奮発‼️
それにしてもハンバーグで2000円超えはけっこうな高級品だよなぁ〜
ハンバーグのビジュアルは最高‼️
これ以上ないフォルムとデミグラスソースの美しさには、完成度の高さを感じますよね〜
味の方もめちゃくちゃ美味しい〜
肉の味わいがしっかりしてるね〜
デミグラスソースの味に頼った感じもなく、肉そのものの味わいがしっかりあるね✌️
松阪牛だからという感じは分からないけどね...
何せ食べたことがないもんで...
デミグラスソースは濃厚で、酸味とコクのバランスがよくて、美味しい肉をしっかり包んでいる感じだし、肉汁も美味しいよなぁ〜
スープやサラダも一流の洋食店を感じさせる味で、ホテルの洋食って感じの高級感があるね〜
奮発して良かったなぁ〜
