伊勢神宮参拝後、今回は松阪に寄り道しました。
高価な松阪牛はなかなか手が出なく、比較的手の
届きやすい洋食屋さんに訪問、老舗の牛銀さんが
洋食店も営んでいて牛銀本店の隣にお店はあるの
ですが、現在改装中で仮店舗で営業しているとの
こと。道を教えていただき、駅方面へ歩くこと10
分弱、駅前通り沿いに仮店舗はありました。14時
前に訪問しましたが、7割方席が埋まってました。
注文はハンバーグと悩んだのですが、今回はビー
フカツをいただきました。
松阪牛ビーフカツ定食2860円
昔のメニューなどと見比べると値上げがかなりし
てました。最初はスープとドレッシングが出てき
て最後にビーフカツとライスが出てまいりました。
ビーフカツはサクッとしていて柔らかく箸でも切
れます。洋食屋さんらしく甘さ控えめのデミグラ
スソースがかかっています。
ただ松阪牛はどうでしたかと言われれば、やはり
シンプルなメニューの方がお肉の美味しさは感じ
られるのでしょうね。
メニューが沢山あったので他のも食べてみたいで
すね。
ごちそうさまでした。
