この日は日帰り松阪遠征。
せっかくなら松阪らしものを食べたいと思い、
有名な牛銀の洋食店を訪問しました。
週末ということで昼頃の到着で満席。
15分ほど待って入ることが出来ました。
カウンター席もあるので、一人だと早そうです。
注文は【オムライス（デミソース）】です。
松阪牛のハンバーグなども気になるところですが、
洋食と言ったらまずはオムライスですね。
初めにサラダが登場。
野菜がちゃんと瑞々しくて良い感じ。
ドレッシングがとても美味しく、自宅用に買いたいくらいでした。
オムライスは、見た目は普通な感じ。
中には薄切りの牛肉が結構入っていて、これが本当に美味しくて…。
卵やデミソースもちゃんと美味しく、レベルの高いオムライスです。
松阪牛を洋食として楽しみたい方にお勧めのお店です。
