実は、実家に程近い松阪に数年前から出張する事がたまにあり、その際に知ったお店。
実家にいた頃は、その近くの老舗の松阪牛のお店には家族で出向くことがあったが、そんな近くに、、
まあ、高校卒業してから、地元に帰るって盆正月くらいのもので、、そんなことはどうでも良く。
中華そば、焼きそば共に優しい味わいで、週一でも通えそう。特にかたやきそばは、硬めの餡に結構ゴリゴリのしっかりとした太麺の為、最後までゴリゴリ食感が続く、個人的には五目あんかけに、生卵トッピングで餡の熱で程よく半熟の卵と頬張るのが幸せ。体質か、唾液のアミラーゼのパワーが強めな自分も、割と最後まで餡がしゃびしゃびにならないのも、嬉しいところ。
