平日月曜日の18時に予約して訪問。掲載した写真の順で注文。野菜サラダ⇒松阪牛極 特選三種⇒松阪牛上ホルモン⇒ハラミ（輸入牛）⇒裏メニュー黒ミノ⇒松阪牛切り落とし⇒ご飯大+テールスープ。
１人前でもOKらしく「松阪牛 極 特選三種」9,000円を松阪まで来たので注文。ヒレは歯が要らない程の柔らかさ。繊維がほどけて肉の旨味が広がる。同様にサーロインも歯が要らない。脂が溶けて肉汁が美味い。希少な松阪牛のタンも食べる機会はそうそうないだろう。この極は確かに高価のように感じるが、この店はリーズナブルだ。
松阪牛の上ハラミはなく、ハラミだけ輸入牛を注文。店員さんにハラミが美味いと伝えると、海外の最高ランクを仕入しており、松坂よりもむしろお勧めとのこと。ハラミの値段はどんどん上がっているので1,200円は嬉しい。話をしていると店員さんに裏メニューの黒ミノを紹介してもらったので注文。2頭で一皿分の希少部位でミノとハチノスの間にあるとのこと。ミノなのにとても柔らかい。焼き過ぎたらもったいない。しかも1,100円だ。松阪牛の上ホルモン980円。ありがとうございます。どんどん注文してしまったが、これで正解。次の伊勢参りも松阪で一泊することになるだろう。
