伊勢神宮参拝編。
せっかく伊勢まで来たので松阪市で松阪牛の焼肉ランチをと思い、こちらを訪問。
開店時刻の20分前に到着。お店の中にある順番票に記入。ポールポジションをゲット。
その後、続々と後客がやってきます。タクシーの乗り付けも3台ありました。駅から少し離れてますからね。
開店時刻の直前には10名程度の行列。
店に入店時ますと、有難いことに広めのテーブル席に案内して頂けました。
さて、こちらのお店。
雰囲気的には街中の焼肉屋さんですが、お値段は高級焼肉屋さんです。
食したお肉はどれも素晴らしい！
お値段以上の品質と思いました。
東京で食べたら1.5倍ぐらいはしそうな感じ。そう言った意味では、かなりお得かも!?
さすがに松阪牛でどの部位も期待は裏切らない。

ヒレ肉、絶品。何でしょう、この柔らかさは。そして肉の旨さ。唸っちゃいます・・・。
特選ロースは、脂身の美味しさを感じられるし、ほぼステーキ。松阪牛の脂は凄い！まったくクドくない。
これだけ脂を食べちゃうとモタれちゃうのが普通だけど、まったくそれを感じない。
そして、上タン。松阪牛のタンは食った方が良いかなと思ってオーダーしたけど、松阪牛はタンも絶品。
このタンは、仙台でもなかなか食えないレベル。
サクっとした食感で、歯で難なく噛み切れ、そして、ジューシィ、かつ旨味がジュワッと来る。
これは、素晴らしいタンです。
繰り返しになるけど、
サクッと嚙み切れるタンってなかなか無いのよね。
レバーもホルモンも美味かった！
赤身と切り落としも当然美味しかったが、これらを食べるなら上ロースとか上ザブトンをオーダーした方が良かったかも。
松阪牛を堪能させて頂きました。
そして、肉に敬意の念を持ちました。
二人で税込18,420円也(車なので酒は無し)。
