松阪市の洋食店『岡』さんに入店してみました。
場所ですが、松阪インターからでした10分ほどでしょうか。
パワーセンターというショッピングモールを越え、３つ目の信号を右に曲がりるとすぐに業務スーパーが見えますので
その前の路地に入ると50mほどで右側に見えてきます。
建物は「昔ながらの」という言葉が似合う佇まいですね。
店内もレトロで老舗洋食店といった雰囲気。
ただ古いとかではなく使い込まれた感じが良い味を醸し出しています。
メニューはランチが4種類あり1,150円～とお店の雰囲気にしてはなかなかリーズナブル。
後、松阪市ということで松阪牛メニューとかもあったりします。
注文はランチメニューから「ハンバーグセット（1,150円）」
松阪牛メニューから「スパゲッティー松阪牛添え（2,050円）」を選んでみました。
ハンバーグセットは熱々の鉄板にハンバーグだけがドンと鎮座しております。
薄く平べったくピカタ風となかなか個性的なビジュアルですね。
味付けは濃いめで柔らかさの中にも程良い噛み応えと味わいかあり美味しいハンバーグでした。
スパゲッティー松阪牛添えは醤油系の和風パスタに松阪牛のランプ肉が乗せられています。
さすが松阪牛、赤身肉でもとても柔らかく、それでいて旨味や甘みがしっかりと味わえました。
夜の雰囲気もどんな感じなのか気になりますね。
