初めて利用してから40年は経つのではなかろうか。
あの頃は松阪市の済生会病院付近に店舗をかまえられていた記憶がある。
伊勢にも店舗があったが、あちらは弟様が経営されていたようだ。
初めて食べたのがこの「特寿司」中でもカニの握り寿司の食感と味わいには
とても驚いた記憶が有る。ズワイガニの足の身を生で食べられるお店はこの地域ではこちら以外自分の記憶にはない。前回１５年以上前に伊勢の店舗にて食べて以来となる。
カウンターでいただくようなネットりとした食感と甘味はテイクアウトでは少し劣るものの、やはり生のカニ足は美味しい。今度は、カウンターで利用したいと思った。モノがカニだけに、３日ほど前より予約が必要なようである。これからも続けていっていただきたいと思いました。
