今回は松阪牛A5ヒレ200㌘を
期待して行きました。
自分個人の主観かもしれませんが
もう少し味付けとか焼き野菜とかも含めもっと工夫すれば良いかと正直思いました。
胡椒が強すぎてしまって、、肉本来の味が飛んでしまっていたんです。
焼きも炭火に慣れてしまっているせいか、、ちょっと、、、残念でした。
お肉はとても良いのを使っていらっしゃるので頑張って欲しいです。
