13時30分頃に訪店。
迷わずヒレトンカツ定食1,600円を注文。
お父さんが元気良く挨拶してくれます。
程なくトンカツが揚がりました。
見事なレア。
ソースはウスターサッパリ系で柔らかいに薄衣のヒレと最強コラボです。
トンカツだけで永久に食べれそう。
とても柔らかい肉質で今まで食べたトンカツの中でダントツに美味しい。
完全に優勝。
次は松坂牛のヒレカツレツを必ず食べよう。
