金曜夜７時に伺いました。
ちょっと街から離れたところにあります。
長いテーブル席（１２人くらいが座れる）と座敷にテーブル３席の
こじんまりした店です。
店の名前通り七輪の炭火で、煙は排煙設備完備です。
はつ刺しはくさみもなく新鮮、またユッケは弾力のある食感がかなりいけます。
塩タンは厚めで食べ応えがあり、カルビも脂が甘く肉質の良さを感じます。
一皿の肉の量も多くコストパフォーマンスもいいと思います。
し、しかし、ホルモンなどの内臓系がなんと言うか普通で、
後半食べ進めていくうちに前半の盛り上がりは維持できませんでした。
それと、ツケダレが２種類用意さているのですが、正直どちらも
うまからず、まずからずで肉の味を引き立てているとはいいがたいです。
ただ別料金で薬味のセットがあったので、そちらでいただくとまた
違った味わいがでてくるのかも・・・
メニューの中で高額なメニューから品切れになっており
ヒレワサなる人気メニューもあることを後でしり、
肉自体のうまさを考えると、まだまだ食べてみたいメニューが控えています。
