初めてランチで伺いました。少し前に予約をして訪問。
前伺った時、バルサミコ酢などの酸味の聞いたお料理がとても美味しく今回も楽しみにしていました。
クラゲを使った最初の1品、ブルスケッタや魚のマリネが盛り合わせである前菜、メインは4種から選べます。赤ワイン煮込みをお願いしました。
前菜が特に美味しく期待通りの味でした。バケットもおいしい。メインは柔らかく煮たお肉が美味しかったです。味は本当に美味しく何度も通いたいお店ではありますが、前より料理が提供されるまでの待ち時間がとても長くなっており、お腹がいっぱいになってしまいました。食べ終わるまでに時間を要するので、そこだけは注意が必要そうです。
