高町に在るパン屋さん。
本格的なハード系のパンがあります。
ソフト系やサンド、キッシュなどもあります。
パンはショーケースに入っていて衛生的です。
店員さんにパンを取ってもらう対面販売方式です。
コロナ対策でビニールを吊り下げて飛沫対策をされています。
大阪のル・シュクレークールの様に色々なパンの説明をしてもらえます。
冷蔵が必要なパンは冷蔵ショーケースに個包装され自分で取ります。
今回は以下を購入しました。
シュバイツァーサンド
サーモンとクリームチーズを柔らかいライ麦パンでサンドしています。
ツナポテト
酵母食パンを使ったサンド
さつまいもとレーズンのパン
オーブンで温めるとクラストはカリッとしていい食感。
フィリングのレーズンは甘目。
バターが合います。
フロマージュクッペ
切り込みの入ったフランスパンにたっぷりチーズを入れて焼いています。
ハード系の生地はクラムがモッチリねばりのあるタイプ。
本格的で美味しいお勧めのパン屋さんです。
