＊ ロールキャベツとカニクリームコロッケ @1,500
スープは かぼちゃの冷製スープ か 温かいポタージュから選べました。
今回は かぼちゃの冷製スープにしました。
かぼちゃの青臭さやモッタリ感は全くなく、ほんのりした甘さをサラッと美味しく頂きました。
ロールキャベツは洋食屋さんならでは。
中のお肉がしっとり柔らかくて
トロトロキャベツにソースを絡めて
ぱくぱくと食べてしまいます。
カニクリームコロッケはきめ細かい衣はサクサクで
中はとろりトロトロ。
カニクリームコロッケは飲み物です と言いたくなるほど。
そして今回のデザートが
＊ キャビネットプリン♪
なんて幸せな組み合わせ。
このキャビネットプリンの美味しいことったら。
もっと食べたい。
デザートにプリンなんて 最後まで好みのものばかりで理想的過ぎました。
