ひつまぶし2,850円
鰻丼（上）1,700円
両方とも吸物付です。
細川たかしさんのサインがお出迎え。
地元の方々で満席で２組が既に並んでました。
さすがにお昼時なんで
後からもどんどん待ち数が増えて来てました。
蒸さずに直火で焼いたウナギはとても香ばしく風味が良くてひとくちで好きになりました。
また、タレも程よい甘さと醤油辛さで良かったです。ひつまぶしのご飯の量も多くて満腹感があります。直接食べるより、わさびを乗せた食べ方が好きですが、出汁茶漬けでも美味です。
明和店のみのメニューもあります。
また訪問させていただきたいです。
