どの街にでもある小さなお洋食店。たいよう。一歩店内に入ると伝わるシンプルでありながら感じる安らぎ。どの店にでもあるハンバーグにエビフライとサラダのランチ。たいよう。飛び抜けて美味しいわけではない。ただ全てにおいて丁寧に丁寧に仕込みをされている。サラダの切り方、水分量、エビフライの衣、優しいハンバーグのソース、レモンの輪切りと盛り付け。ご飯の炊き方。どこにでもあるお値打ちなこのランチセットでこれほどまでに幸せな気持ちになれたのは初めてかも。心のこもった料理は人を幸せにしますね。
