坦々麺
ベースはシンプルな醤油スープで上に、少なめの芝麻醤が浮く。
辛さは程々。
麺は中細緩ウェーブで透明感あり固めの食感で好み。
ミンチは肉肉しく、そこそこの量が入っていて、それがスープと
合わさるとスープも肉肉しくなりおいしい。
一株分のチンゲン菜もシャキシャキでおいしい。
胡麻感は弱めですが、多めのミンチが肉肉しく美味しい坦々麺でした。
