松阪駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にある焼肉店、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター４席とテーブル２卓、それに二階席もあります。１８時３０分ころの訪問、ほかにお客さんは１組でしたがその後は何組もお客さんが入ってきていました。
メニューは松阪名物の鳥焼肉をはじめ、牛や豚などもあるので鳥に特化したかたちではありません。普通の焼肉屋さんとしても使えますね。
その中から若とりと並ホルモン、貝焼きセットなどを注文、柔らかくてクセのないお肉、美味しいです。親鳥のヒネと食べ比べるのもいいかもですね、ワタクシは断然若鳥派なんですけど。貝焼きセットは黒板メニューだったのでいつもあるわけではないかもです。６００円という値段でアワビとハマグリが入っています。アワビはすごく柔らかくで磯の旨みもしっかり感じられすごく美味しい、コレで６００円はすごくお値打ちでした。
今回は鳥は若とりしかいただかなかったですがやはり鳥は美味しいですね、次の機会には鳥のほかの部位もいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
