松阪のホテルに宿泊で近く似合ったこちらの店で晩御飯です。
ガスで網焼きですが、今時の無煙ロースターではないため室内が煙りモクモク。
タレは味噌ベースでニンニクの風味と辛味があり美味しい。
ホルモンが品切れで上ホルモンと若鶏と砂肝を注文。
