怪しいグルメ探検隊in松阪。

こちらは松阪の42号線と166号線が交差する場所にあり、他の店舗との共通の広い駐車場があるので車で来るには便利ですね。看板にもあるけど「肉そば」が推し。チェーン店ラーメンではあるけれどなかなか美味しいと思います。

怪しいグルメ探検隊in松阪。
今日は松阪で冷麺です。丸源ラーメンに行ってきました。休日のお昼時とはいえど、猛暑日となったこの日、ラーメンなんて食べる人は少ないだろうと思っていたら甘かった。満席でしたので、受付だけ済ませてしばらく待ちます。ラーメン屋だからすぐに回ってくるかなぁと思いましたが、なかなかテーブルも片付かず20分ほど待って席に案内されました。
とりあえず今日は暑いので期間限定の冷麺（税込869円）をお願いします。待つ事しばし冷麺が登場。この辺りだと「冷やし中華」のことを「冷麺」と書いてあるラーメン屋も多いのですが、こちらはいわゆる本物の冷麺です。ピリ辛の冷たいスープにコシのある麺。なかなか美味しゅうございました。
コスパも悪くないけれど、スタッフの人数は結構いるように見えるのですが、食べ終えた客のテーブルがしばらく片付けられること無く放置されていたりして、回転が遅くなってました。なんかオペレーションの効率が悪いように思えたのが残念。ご馳走さまでした。
