究極の醤油ラーメン、それが「肉そば」
丸源名物の「肉そば」は、やわらかな豚肉をスープで炊き込むことで、 その旨みを余すことなくスープに移した絶品しょうゆスープのラーメンです。 口の中に入れるとほんのり甘さが広がり、それでいてすっきりとした濃厚な風味、 丸源の本気をぜひお召し上がりください。 |
地元の方は既にご存知と思うけど、ここはコスパと豊富なメニューが最高です。今回は丸源ラーメンに餃子セットをいただきました。ラーメンは醤油系スープにコクと旨みが強くやや甘めです。麺はやや細目で、子供や年配の方にも食べやすい感じです。餃子は皮は厚めで中はジューシーです。ご飯もついてます。味と量を考えると合わせて1000円以下とは到底信じ難いですね。その他、定食系も安くてボリューミーです。特に唐揚げメニューは量が多く、表がカリカリ中ジューシーでお勧めですが、ラーメンと一緒だと、空腹時限定にしましょう。ここはラーメンも美味いが、豊富なおかず、ビール、デザート等のサイドメニューをうまく組み合わせて、老若男女の大人数で楽しめるスタイルの店でしょう。看板はラーメン屋ですが、実質はお手頃な中華風ファミレス又は居酒屋ですね。でも、料理はファミレスのクオリティではありません。気軽に大勢で美味いものを腹一杯食べたい時は、ここに来れば満足できるはずですね。似た感じの”味へいチェーン”に比べたら、よりファミリー路線が明確で、店舗も大型です。どっちでも安くて量が多く、私のような食いしん坊にはもってこいでしょう。
