日曜日の午後１時すぎに訪問しました、満席で１５分くらい待たされたのですが、ウェイティングシートがなくてしかも薄暗くて不安でした。
中にはいるとテーブルが１０席あまりの、ホテルホール内にある喫茶コーナーという感じです。しかも日曜にランチタイムというのにウェイターが２人なので、片付けていないテーブルが散見されました。
メイン料理とドリンクを注文すると、サラダ、パン、スープが取り放題になると言うシステムです。パンが６種類くらいであんパンがあるのはちょっと驚き、しかもオーブンがあります。スープはオニオンとコーンポタージュでけっこうおいしい。サラダがキャベツ、レタス、にんじん、貝割れ大根、トマトなど８種類くらいですが、それぞれ入れ物やトングが小さくて、しかもシャキっとしていなくて、サラダバーはあくまでもおまけととらえる感じでした。
メインのハンバーグとコロッケはボリュームが小さいのですが、味自体はおいしかったですが出てくるのが結構遅かったです。
総じて言えば、ウェイティングや雰囲気や給仕やサラダバーのシステムなどサービス面が劣っており、ここは是非改善すべきところでしょう。味や価格面は良いので、あとは何とかならないかな？と思います。
