This Restaurants is located on the second floor of the Flex Hotel, which is a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Matsusaka Station. I went there for lunch on a weekday. The guide said that the restaurant had recently been renovated, so it seems that it was renovated recently. There were about 12 tables inside the restaurant, and a VIP-like room in the back. I went in around 12 o'clock, and there were only two other groups of customers. The lunch menu included the recommended special Flex Hamburg, Matsusaka beef dishes such as Matsusaka beef tendon curry and Matsusaka beef Croquette, Meat Dishes such as pork saute, grilled chicken thighs, and beef loin Steak, Japanese-style meal such as tempura, sashimi, and makunouchi, as well as Japanese kaiseki and Western-style courses. I chose the recommended Flex Hamburg, and the sauce could be chosen between demi-glace and Japanese, so I chose the demi-glace. The meat was Hamburg of Matsusaka beef and Matsusaka pork, so it was Hamburg thick Hamburg with a plump texture and plenty of meat juice. It wasn't bad. There is also a drink bar, so you can relax after your meal. It seems like a good place for lunch when you have a little extra time. Thank you for the meal.
