三重県松阪市の飯高町にある【麺屋 はな華】
2010年にこの地にオープンした、和食出身の方が営むラーメン屋です。
12時半頃にお店へ。
道の駅飯高前にお店はあります。
店内は満席で外待ち4人、中にも待合席があり、少し待ってからテーブル席へ案内されました。
メニューをチェック。
しょうゆ 700円
チャーハンセット(ランチ) 350円
を注文しました
ラーメンが到着。
麺は、
細ストレート麺。
プリっとした
おいしい麺です。
スープは、
動物系×魚介の醤油。
醤油のアプローチがしっかりとあって塩分は少し高め。
魚介の風味も効いていて、メリハリがあります。
おいしいスープです。
トッピングは、
チャーシュー二枚とメンマ、半熟卵。
サラダも付いていました。
チャーハンは程よい塩分とパラパラっとした仕上がりが良いですね。
ラーメン屋が少ないエリアで貴重な存在です。
