~About business during the year-end and New Year holidays~ Lunch service will be closed from December 28th to January 3rd. Closed at night from December 30th and 31st. Open for overnight stays only from January 1st to 3rd. We are accepting reservations from January 4th. (However, for lunch and dinner from the 4th to the 8th, only the Matsusaka Meat Dishes course and duck hotpot course will be available. Other courses, such as kaiseki cuisine, will be available from the 10th. |
松阪出張2日目、ランチはどこにしようかを前日から決めて予約しておきました。
前にテレビでやっていたお店を思い出したからです。
旅館創業220年を超える、松阪屈指の老舗旅館だそうです。
メニューを見て、松阪牛のすき焼きではなく、急遽、鴨肉にすることにしました。
最近始めたメニューで、お店の方に勧められたことと、帰りに、牛肉弁当の駅弁を買って帰ることに決めていたので、鴨肉のコースにしました。
(実は、僕は鴨料理が大好きなんです)
そんなわけで、同僚は松阪牛のすき焼き。
僕は、鴨すきにしました。
鴨肉、噛めば噛むほど味が出てきて最高に美味かったです。結果同僚と、お肉を一枚ずつ交換して食べましたが、鴨にしてよかったと思いました。
