松阪市内にて・・・
最近マイブームの松阪地区フレンチ。伊勢では難しくなった未訪のお店探索も松阪ではまだまだ行ける。
この日はお目当ては此処！！
お店の場所は中央町地内。フレックスホテルの裏側辺り。
住宅街の一角にあるのでよく見ていないと見過ごしてしまう。
建物自体は普通の民家。駐車場はその横に細長くある。其れほど広くないので、何人かで行く場合は乗り合わせていくのがエチケット。
訪問したのは平日のお昼12：00頃。
車を停め店内に入ると、靴を脱いで上がり込むスタイル。まあ、民家なのでこれも有りかと・・・
中に案内されると先客でほぼ満席。
中ほどの予約席に案内されて着席、メニューを拝見！！
お昼は＠2,600と＠4,100のコースが中心。
この日は「セゾンコース＠4,100」が売り切れで「ママンコース＠2,600」にした。
待っている間に店内を観察。
元々民家の和室を改装しているだけに和洋折衷の内装。それでも綺麗に手入れされているので違和感はない。因みにお客さんはすべて女性陣(>_<)
待つこと10数分、順番に出されたのが写真の物。
「ママンコース」
「前菜」・・・南瓜プリン、テリーヌ、野菜、蛸。見た目、色鮮やか。
「パン」・・・自家製ライ麦パン。
「スープ」・・・トウモロコシの冷製スープ。中には利尻昆布のジュレ。
「魚」・・・アラスカサーモンのグリル。ベースにはリゾット。ソースはバジル、バルサミコ。
「肉」・・・松阪豚、伊勢鶏のハンバーグ。自家製デミグラスソース、人参ピューレ、紫イモのフライ。
「パン」・・・自家製ミルクパン。
「デザート」・・・オレンジのレアチーズケーキ、ジンジャーのジュレ。梨、イチジク、葡萄。
「ドリンク」・・・ダージリンティ。
￥2,000台のコースで魚と肉が出たのは初めての経験。素晴らしい(^^♪
料理は見た目もお味も普通以上。成程人気のお店なのがよく分かった。
