松阪市内にて・・・
松阪での食べログ活動、続き(^^♪
先に「un gateau 立田町店」とかでお買い物をした事をレビューしたが、この日先に食事をした所を飛ばしていた。
其れは、松阪でも営業の長いうなぎ屋さん。
但し、予約は出来ない所なので出たとこ勝負で向かったのがこのお店！！
訪問したのは平日の午前11：50頃。
お店の場所は、鎌田町地内旧R42号線沿いの百五銀行松阪支店前の交差点からから海側に入って100ｍ程進んだ所。
駐車場は店舗の前に10台分ほど。
ほぼ満車の駐車場に車を停めて、中に入ると先客で満席(>_<)
ウエーティングボードの最上段に名前を書き待つ事10分ほど、空いた窓側のテーブル席に着席、メニューを拝見！！
選んだのは「うな丼上＠2,310」。本当は見た目でうな重にしたかったが、うなぎが多いので食べきれないと断念(*_*;
待っている間に店内を観察。
満席のお客さんはほぼ常連客の感じ。それは家族連れやサラリーマン風が殆ど。
待つ事20分ほど、出されたのが写真の物。
「うな丼上」・・・三河一色産のうなぎを使った蒲焼き。うな丼上にはかば焼きが4切れ。
其れと吸い物、香の物が付く。
見た目結構焼き色が付いた感じ。食べてみると所謂パリッフワの焼き加減。焦げすぎるギリギリのところまで焼いてある。
お味は、濃い目の甘辛でも甘口。好みの味で美味しい(^_-)-☆
又、偶々かも分からないが、ご飯は炊きたてでフーフーしないと食べられないほどの熱さ加減。
多分、次から次へとお客さんが入るのでご飯が冷たくなる時間が無いのかもしれない・・・
今まで、行っていなかったのが残念なぐらい美味しいうな丼(^^♪
甘い物好きな方には絶対のオススメ！！
