松阪市内にあるうなぎ屋さん、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター３席とテーブル４卓、お座敷２卓ほどの席数、１８時少し過ぎくらいに入りましたがほかにお客さんは４組でした。
メニューはうな丼が並の１６００円から特の２６００円、うな重が上の２６００円に特の３１００円、それにかば焼きにうざくやうまきなどがつく定食などがありました。
その中からいただいたのはうな丼の特、うなぎはご飯の上に４切れ、それに中詰めが１切れの計５切れ、２６００円という値段からすれば十分すぎるほどの量ですね。味の方も焼きは表面はパリッと香ばしく身はとろけるような柔らかさ、コレはなかなかにイケますね。タレも昭和４２年の創業以来継ぎ足しているということですごく濃厚な旨みが感じられます。コレがつゆだくってくらいたっぷりとご飯にも染みこんでいるのですがクドさなんかは感じることなくご飯自体もちょうど良い硬さですごく美味しかったです。
ココのうなぎはかなりワタクシ好みの味で気に入りました。また近くに来る機会があればお邪魔したいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
