Arrived at the parking lot at 2pm on a weekday, just before closing time. The staff member confirmed with the manager that it was okay if I only Ramen! When I paid, he said sorry for rushing me, which made me very happy! Thank you very much! I was very satisfied with the taste, but I thought that there is such a nice customer service, so I wrote this first. Now, as for the taste... It's really delicious. There are various menus such as tonkotsu Taiwan Ramen and tonkotsu miso Ramen, and I was quite confused, but since it was almost closing time, I didn't have time to hesitate. So I ordered a single tonkotsu Ramen and also ordered a refill. I knew it at the first bite. ``Ah, it's delicious!'' There is takana and pickled ginger, and if you add pickled ginger, it's even more delicious! The sourness of the ginger and the gentle tonkotsu soup go really well together! Even if you refill the noodles, the taste of the soup hardly changes and it's delicious until the end! To be honest, this was the first time I'd ever experienced this! I've lived in Fukuoka for two years and visited various tonkotsu Ramen restaurants, but this one left me extremely satisfied! Thank you for the meal!
